How do you price your laundry services?
We keep things simple and friendly! Our wash-and-fold service is priced by the pound, so you only pay for exactly what we clean. Larger items like comforters are priced per piece to ensure they get the specialized care they need. Give us a call for a quick estimate based on your specific load!
What is the standard turnaround time?
We know you need your clothes back! All orders are ready for delivery within 24 hours.
How does pickup and delivery work?
It's totally hands-free! Simply schedule a time that works for you, and we'll come right to your door. You don't even need to be home—many of our neighbors leave their bags in a secure spot like a porch or with a building concierge. We'll text you as soon as they're collected and again when they’re safely returned, fresh and folded.
Can you handle delicate items and special care?
Absolutely. We treat your clothes like they're our own mom's. If you have specific preferences—like hypoallergenic detergents, air-drying for certain fabrics, or special folding instructions—just let us know. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and personalized care for every fiber.
Is there a minimum order size?
We welcome loads of all sizes! To make pickup and delivery efficient for everyone, we have a minimum charge of $18.00 dollars. If your load is smaller, we're still happy to pick it up—it'll just be billed at that base rate. It's a great excuse to clear out those extra towels!
What payment methods do you accept?
We try to keep it as easy as possible! We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Once your laundry is expertly weighed and processed, we'll send you a digital invoice and you will chose your payment option.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We get it—life happens! If you need to skip a pickup or change your time, just give us a heads-up at least 4 hours before your window. There's no fee for rescheduling with a little notice. We just want to make sure our drivers are heading where they're needed most!
How should I prepare my laundry for pickup?
Just toss it in any disposable bag (like a kitchen trash bag) or your own reusable laundry bag for the first pickup. No need to sort—we'll handle all the lights and darks for you! If you have items with tricky stains or special care needs, just pop them in a separate small bag with a quick note. We'll even provide you with a heavy-duty Mom's Laundry bag after your first service!
